I've modified the template to hide the branch selection interface elements when
AutoLocation or IndependantBranches is turned on. My understanding is that with
IndependantBranches turned on you should be automatically logged in to the
branch which is specified as your home branch in your patron record. However,
this doesn't seem to work.
