Reasons for accepting/rejecting are only displayed to the submitter, not to
everyone. To anyone other than the suggester, the suggestions simply disappear.
Anonymous suggestions disappear for everyone.

If the status of suggestions is not displayed to all users after a librarian
has taken action, why bother displaying all users' suggestions in the first
place?
