For the screen export the default should probably be to chunk the results, 20
per page, with the option to 'return all' (of course, this could get mental if
there are, say, 500,000 biblios and someone does a report on all biblios, but
whacha gonna do? :-), maybe just put a warning in there or something). Owen,
any ideas?
