In speaking with various libraries, I often hear complains about how their
current system handles canceled orders w/respect to holds and/or the brief/full
bib associated with the order. It's one of those cases where every library
wants something different to happen :-). I'm bumping this to an enhancement
request. In a post-3.0 version we'll need to examine this carefully.
