Updating that script is a good step, but the core issue here is how hard it is
to update a child's account to an adult _From the Staff Client_. It should be
possible to 'upgrade' a child account to an adult with one click, remove
guarantors, and update the super-category.

I'm escalating this bug to 'major' as it's something I have heard quite a few
complains about from existing koha users, and its a long-standing one.
