Just tested this Paul, and it doesn't seem to be working for me:

1. patron type 'PAT' (Patron) has an enrollment fee of $20
2. renew a patron of type 'PAT'
3. no charge is added to the patron's account

Can you confirm that your fix exists and is committed to HEAD?
