This is mostly done in 3.0, but I'd like to advocate stronger parsing of the
ISBNs for storage within Koha proper. IMO, just the ISBN itself should be
stored, and we shoudl remove all of the extraneous characters (that are being
put in there by well-meaning catalogers who are misinterpreting the standard
IIRC). I'm re-assigning this to Galen for the final word.
