Yes, the template now uses the term "withdrawn," although this term is up for
discussion--I changed it unilaterally, and the feature has ended up not being
used by NPL.

I'm not getting an untemplated page anymore. Koha is allowing items which are
checked out to be made cancelled. I'm not sure what the original intention was
with the cancelled status, so I don't know if this is okay or not, although the
original behavior was to block it, of course.
