This appears to be similar functionality to the approach we took putting LDAP
server and field "mapping" info into koha-production.xml.  It is certainly more
advanced than the initial Auth_with_LDAP.pm approach.

Right now though I have to polish off our existing work, but it might be useful
to discuss XML vs. SQL tradeoffs at a later time.

I suspect there is a performance benefit from the XML approach, and more
flexibility to SQL.
