Started tracking down the subfield $0 problem.  Two parts to it:

[1] Bug in MARC::File::SAX, for which patch has been sent to Mike Rylander.
[2] Problems with checking return value of GetMarcFromKohaField in the case
where the subfield code is '0', for which one place has been plugged.
