OK, here are some test results, looking much better:

Changing statuses from:

/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/moredetail.pl?biblionumber=475&itemnumber=933

withdrawn PASSED; restore PASSED
damaged PASSED; restore PASSED
lost PASSED; restore PASSED

zebraqueue has duplicates, but that's a separate issue. Nice work, thanks for
the patch, I'm marking FIXED.
