Interesting this works for me owen, I just tested and got the message at
library b, then when i checked it in at library A got

Hold Found (item is already waiting)
How I became a pirate /
Hold for:

    * SURNAME, Firstname (900002)
    * address
      address2
      athens 45701
    * 555-1212
    * patron at liblime.com

I wonder what is different
