In fact, every time you unsuccessfully try to create a new shelf on the fly, a
bad line is created in the virtualshelves table:

| shelfnumber | shelfname         | owner         | category |
--------------------------------------------------------------
|          20 | My Great List     | 51            | 1        |
|          21 |                   | My New  Shelf | 5        |

The first line is a correct entry (added from the staff client). The second
line shows what is getting added from the OPAC.

The individual bibliographic records /are/ getting properly added to
virtualshelfcontents, they just don't match up to a working line in
virtualshelves.
