1- table browser definition added in kohastructure.sql & updatedatabase (bumped
version to 3.00.00.005)
2- added some explanation & a link to the opac-xx page if the list is empty, to
explain why it does not work.
3- i'll add some doc on the wiki about this experimental feature (I mean : it
works, but need tweaking in the code, except for dewey in french !)
