I'd say yes, this is fixed. 3.0 offers reports for holds that need to be
pulled, and holds waiting to be picked up. The report has a date filter. The
only thing I'd change if it were up to me would be a way to look at a holds
list for a different branch, but you can get around that by logging out and
back in.
