I don't understand what you mean here.
In the biblio view, the "subscription" link is available only if you have
already a subscription, so no need to add it.
In serials-home.pl, you can search for more than 1 biblio, so we can't fill
automatically the biblionumber.

I reassign the bug to you, you'll specify what you want, or you will do it
yourself ;-)
