in cgi-bin/koha/serials/serials-home.pl, you can search for ISSN or title.
You can enter wildcards on them, and get a lot of results.
On the left, you have one menu to reach "serial collection" and one to reach
"routing list"
If you have many results in the main list, the left one growth a little too
much.

It would be better to put those links on "detail" & "serial recieve" level (on
the right of the list.
