imho, we should be able to delete the order & remove the reserve as well : if
the book is no more available from any vendor, then you will have to cancel the
order !

The second question now :
when you order a book, the biblio is created. And can be updated & fully
cataloged.
so, what should we do if the order is cancelled ? ATM, we don't remove the
biblio, the librarian must do it manually. I have no idea on how to do it
another way.
Maybe remove the biblio if there is no item attached ? warn the librarian that
the biblio won't be removed & he must do it manually ? another idea ?
