Running 'marcdump' tool on these records shows:

 Recs  Errs 
----- ----- 
  235     3 

So at most 3 records with errors in that set, sounds like there's a lot of room
for improvement! I suspect the problem isn't related to MARC21 specifically,
but rather has something to do with bad encoding or incorrect leader lengths,
or something similar. In any event, it's still a bug in 3.0, which is good to
know. We'll do our best to figure out what it is and fix it.
