I need more info on what you have done exactly:
- did you choose "1st available" or "this item" ?
- is ReserveNeedReturns systempref set or not ?
- did you choose a branch and are you logged in as a librarian of the right
branch ?

I just tested some cases, and found only one problem : when you don't choose a
pickup branch, the insert fails silently. I'll fix that immediatly.
