hdl, are you saying the error is because of an improper Zebra configuration? I
still get the error in the intranet. It should be noted that I don't have any
authorities data in the database (which shouldn't matter). In the error log:

ZOOM error 20003 "can't set prefix query" (addinfo: " @and  @attr 1=Heading 
@attr 5=1 @attr 4=6 "fish"") from diag-set 'ZOOM'
