added GetMarcUrls()  fcn, and output to OPAC.
will add to intranet detail.

very basic MARC21-specific handling.

Owen: there's a tmpl-var 'toc' for tables of contents - common in loc records
link to a plain-text toc @ loc.gov  -- might be a good place in OPAC for the
greybox js or equivalent.
