Hey HDL,

I accidentally pushed up a patch from you that causes plugin failure, as well
as causes the submit button on the add item page to fail ... also, when you
save an item, it tries to download the perl script and so fails (I was able to
override the javascript check and hit submit without it). I will leave it to
you to patch and submit a fix ... thanks!

Note, I have pushed up some other biblio-related changes, so you'll want to
rebase, as there are some differences in how call numbers are handled as per
our previous discussion.
