We've now got a consistent toolbar appearing on all patron pages (/circulation
pages and /member pages where a borrowernumber is loaded). The "add child"
button only shows up on moremember.pl because it depends on a check for
"adultborrower." For consistency's sake should we make that variable available
to other patron-related scripts?
