I'll be submitting patches today for:

 - print page, print slip don't do anything (fixed)
 - delete fails: confirm_deletion is not defined (fixed)
 - renew account fails: confirm_reregistration is not defined (js fixed, but
see Bug 1402)
- circulation links too don't have the toolbar (fixed)
- Add to Shelf doesn't do anything (fixed)
- print doesnt' work (detailprint.tmpl didn't exist. Re-adding)
