detail, MARCdetail, and ISBDdetail have a "count" variable to pass to the
delete confirmation javascript in order to prevent deletions when there are
items attached to the biblio. The same count variable needs to be passed to
moredetail.tmpl so that the delete button in the common toolbar will function
properly.
