when addbiblio.pl is opened to MODIFY a biblio.
all filled subfields are expanded (=displayed) automatically.
You use the toggle() when the user clic on ExpanField.
Thus all filled fields are hidden, and all empty fields are displayed.
if you click again, you get the opposite.
but the correct behaviour would be :
- show all filled fields
- when the user clic => show everything 
- click again => hide everything
