Not sure it is functionnaly correct: 
displays 2009 as 1st year when I enter oct, 22, 2007 as ETA I had imagined to
have 2007 or maybe 2008 

I reaffect the bug to mason, who works on serials for liblime if I don't mind.
Otherwise, just give the ball to the guy who can answer
