There is a check in the template (<!-- TMPL_IF NAME="od" -->), which is
supposed to allow the page to display overdues differently (highlighted, for
instance, with renewal checkbox checked). Currently ALL checkouts are returning
true for "od," both in the "previssues" and the "todayissues" loop.
