In Koha 2.2 there is a feature to download the claims data as a CSV. 

In Koha 3, it seems that this has all been replaced by the notices feature.
This relies heavily on email being used for managing the notices. 

Can the existing feature that provided a way that the claims data could be
exported to CSV be reinstated please? Some libraries manage their claims by
snail mail or fax and others want to be able to download this data so they have
a record for themselves. 

This would provide an option to the libraries  - either they can use the
notices or they can download and handle the claims manually.
