Paul, I've ignored your patch ... Mason, I have your patch applied and it is
still broken. I choose 2007-10-01 as the ETA, 1/quarter (seasional) as the 
Frequency(*) and Seasonal Only as the numbering pattern ... year isn't
populated in the dropdown. I'm reopening.
