It appears that the redirect location specified in the /koha-tmpl/opac.html
file is invalid for the version in the Git public repository.

This is based on my assumption that the Intranet and OPAC files are being
served from the same virtual server (instead of seperate ports as in earlier
releases). There doesn't appear to be a koha-httpd.conf or similar file for
this version so I'm not certain my assumption is correct.

The opac.html file redirects to /cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl but the opac-main.pl
file is actually located one level further down at opac/opac-main.pl.
