I note this bug fixed, as a lot of things have been done by SAN-OP, and it
should work fine now.

I tried at least 4 use-cases, and had no problems.
(patron A reserve a book available, patron A reserves a book issued to B,
patron A reserve a book issued to B and a transfer will be needed, patron A
reserves a book  and want to pick it up at another branch, transfer needed)
