When editing a basket (ex:
/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/neworderempty.pl?ordnum=2&booksellerid=3&basketno=2)
several pieces of information are not displayed even though they had been
entered previously: Managed By, Open On, Series, Branch (the correct branch is
not pre-selected), and Notes
