it's not a bug, it's a feature... SAN-OP wanted it to be like that : on
librarian interface, when the user request a book, it's on phone.
so the librarian goes in the shelves immediatly, pick it up, validate the
reserve and confirm to the patron (still on phone) that the book is awaiting
him on the librarian desk.

This way of doing things sound valid to me, but I agree the other one is also
valid, so i'm investigating to see how to be able to have both behaviours...
