I suggest to remove the Perl test : if we arrive here, Perl is setup ;-)
We could remove the mySQL test as well : it's the basics of Koha
we must remove the zebra thing, because we can have NoZebra=1, so no need of
Zebra
I suggest we remove yaz-client test as well (ZOOM won't install without it, and
we do the test just after)

Can't find any reference to chmod, I think it was related to the previous
versions.
