When checking in a book, circ/returns.pl will respond indicating the item is
not checked out and also listing it as checked out. To reproduce: 1. Check out
an item to a patron. 2. Attempt to check in the same item. It appears not to
matter if the item is scanned or hand keyed.

Perhaps this is a template bug.
