I have tried to schedule a few tasks and none work.  See my screenshots. 
Basically I enter the time and the email and the date and I get no confirmation
and see no list of scheduled tasks - apparently this list is supposed to show
below my form.  I've tried this a few times and nothing has happened.

I also clicked on the Schedule link from the list of reports and it took me to
the form with the wrong report selected in the pull down.
