Install mode: SINGLE (may be repro with other mode)

I tried to install Koha in the </home/ebegin/koha/demo> directory.

Unfortunatly, this directory is not propagated correctly in the following
files:

koha-httpd.conf
koha-conf.xml

For example, in the koha-httpd.conf file, the DocumentRoot is set to:
/home/ebegin/koha/opac/htdocs
instead of
/home/ebegin/koha/demo/opac/htdocs
