This is certainly in 2.2 but Koha 3 may have the issue as well. If a bib is
deleted, the acqui. records

V2.2: do not load correctly for "Modify" option and saving on "Modify" crash it

V3.0: do not show up, which seems to be correct--I think...

May be more of a V2.2 bug (and Dev-Week)
