Repro steps:
- Create a new MARC record throught the Cataloging module.
- Expand the 010 - LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CONTROL NUMBER
- Look at the 3rd label: Canceled/invalid LC co

It should be Canceled/invalid LC control number

In fact, all labels are truncated to 22 chars.
