I forgot to mention my operating system is:
Linux 2.6.24-16-server #1 SMP i686 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu Hardy

There could have been confusion because it's running on Mac hardware. I'm not
using Mac OS X; I'm using the latest dev release of Ubuntu.
