If you do a new order, say
acqui/neworderempty.pl?booksellerid=3&basketno=2&biblionumber=6 but fail to
select a fund for the book, it records the order and the "new order" table on
basket.pl shows, approprietly, an empty "fund" column for this order.
You click on "modify", which sends you back to the previous page, you select a
fund and click "save" again: back at the basket.pl page but the "fund" column
for the order stays empty.
If you did select a fund the first time around, you can modify it again: it
seems not to work only when you first omitted to select a fund. I.e., I think:
changing funds works, going back to a saved order to select a fund after you
forgot to do so the first time around does not.
