i was cataloging some Arabic and French books then when i clicked on save to
add this in biblio i got a 

Koha error

but when i made the BiblioAddsAuthorities in System preferences admin is off
not as default on , it become possible to add any arabic or another language
record but with all Authorities fields closed and blanked i mean can't add any
data in those fields as the following 100a ,440a , 600a , and more
