When creating a subscription the note shows in two places - see screenshot 1 (I
have circled the notes).

When editing a subscription that doesn't have a note and adding a note it only
shows in one place - see screenshot 2 (I circled the notes)

When editing a subscription that had a note and changing that note, it only
changes the note in one place - see screenshot 3 (I circled the notes)


NOTE: The public note is appearing correctly in the OPAC
