When you're on /koha/tools/overduerules.pl and you leave the Letter set to
Default you will get the following error


Data error

The following fields have a forbidden value. Correct them and press OK again :

    * No letter or debar action specified for delay delay1 for Board borrower
category. If a delay is supplied, either a letter, debar action, or both should
be specified.


Either Default should not be a choice, or there should be a default notice.

Debra Denault: do you know what the choice "default" refers to in the list of
notice templates when you are defining your notice triggers for a given patron
category?
Nicole Engard: default i think will be all categories
Nicole Engard: let me check with the guys though
Nicole Engard: i didn't get to test notices much
Debra Denault: not the default for the libraries but the notice one
Nicole Engard: oh ... hmmm
Debra Denault: there are two default values .. one in the list of locations and
then for each notice trigger you set for a given patron category (for a
location or across all locations) there is an option called default which it
defaults to :)
Nicole Engard: i just looked at notices and i don't see default anywhere ...
what page are you on?
Nicole Engard: oh - found it
Debra Denault: i think if i remember correctly, if you leave it at default it
may give you an error
Debra Denault: let me test
Debra Denault: if you leave it as 'default' you get the following error:

Nicole Engard: okay - that's a bug than
Nicole Engard: default shouldn't be a choice
Debra Denault: that was meant more as an fyi than an answer to mickey's
question
Debra Denault: if there is no such thing as default then i say we take it out
of the list
Debra Denault: if there is then it's a bug
Nicole Engard: well if we want it off the list - then it's a bug as well
Debra Denault: you'd think there would be a default template defined but there
is not
