Ryan,

Please see these new screenshots. Here's what I set the frequency to:

Beginning date: 01/07/2008
Frequency (*): 1/week Manual history :
Number pattern: Volume, Number
Starting with: 151        26
Rollover: 26
First arrival: 06/30/2008
Number of weeks: 26

Then when I went to receieve the next two issues - one was 151/26 which is
right and the next one was 151/1 - which is wrong.
