If a csv format string is applied to a label layout and then the layout is
edited a second time and the format switched from 'List fields' to 'Choose
Order Of Text Fields to Print', the csv format string is not cleared and the
layout continues to use the format string rather than the 'Choose Order Of Text
Fields to Print' settings.
