In the Reports page in Koha 3.0, several reports (Top Lists, Inactive and the
Average Loan Time report under Other) are able to be Output to a export file.
The only choice is Into Application  excel by tabulation.

When a user does try to export any of these reports, the output is in .csv
format but the actual value separators are not "tabs" but literally the word
'tabulation' inbetween the output fields. This needs to be corrected to be
tabs.
