Sorry for late 
I was studing the matter. the problem happens as follows

1. I changed System prefrence - authoriteis - BiblioAddsAuthorities as "ON" ,
otherwise i can't enter the data directly into fieds 100a, 650a,700a.

2. if I set   System prefrence - authoriteis - BiblioAddsAuthorities as "OFF" 
how can I enter the data into fields like 100a,650a,700a, which will
automatically search the authorities. The search result for authorities is may
always 'NIL'

please help me to fix this problem
